2. Description of Service

Heroes at Work provides web-based shift planning and employee scheduling software. The Service allows organizations to manage staff schedules, track working hours, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per organization

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You may not share account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Our free plan supports up to 5 employees with basic features at no cost.

5.2 Paid Plans

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including:

• European server locations
• GDPR compliance
• Regular automated backups

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.
